We started out first Storm the Nations mission teams in December 1999, with a heart to see ordinary young people in New Zealand take the life changing Gospel to the ends of the earth. One of our strategies once the teams have reached a foreign country is to leave the main cities as fast as possible, where there are often many large and prosperous churches and travel inland to small towns and villages where we can be of real use. Another main strategy has been to serve alongside local churches and pastors, so that our teams can help their evangelistic endeavours and churches grow.
